A Gazette of Bangladesh named Posturing and writings on Wall Control Act, 2012. The Act notifies in February 2012.  The regulation specifies in the Gazette on location for posturing and writing on wall. Related offenses and punishment for those activities considers as criminal offense. Use of Mobile Court according to the Criminal Procedure Code authorizes as the procedure to control such criminal activities. Regulations also prescribed on offense acts by any Company and special provision for controlling the activities and preserving city beautification.
