Ward-wise vulnerability of the Pourashava calculates  considering different components. Those components include slum in the Ward, income of the inhabitants, literacy rate, widows, profession, pucca road and discussions with the Pourashava dwellers. After calculation and put weitage according to the component the vulnerable Ward identifies. This is a decision-making process. The process helps to identify venerable areas and decision for further improvement.
