The way of becoming ethical leader isn’t very complex .The difference between a leader and ethical leader is that-

ethical leaders should have profound and deep sense of ethical principles, values, and character at the core of their leadership .

The requirement of becoming ethical leaders

• a commitment to examining his own behavior and values.
• the willingness and strength to accept responsibility for the effects of his actions on others as well as on himself.
• must consider and take responsibility for the effects of their actions on customers, suppliers, employees, communities and other stakeholders.

an attitude of humility rather than righteousness
