The Plan for Urban Services covers existing Pourashava area of Bauphal and its immediate surroundings. Ten to fifteen years time-frame (from 2010 to 2020 or 2025) concerns as prime step.

The Plan concerns with the area where the services will be located. It also indicates how the Structure Plan policies will govern on the areas and the standard for services calculates according to the population forecast.

Outline of the Plan gives guidance to the Pourashava how the urban services will focuses and promote, maintain with a coordinated manner.

The Plan segments into five parts. Those parts include existing condition and demand of the services, implementation strategies and proposal. Regulations will be needed for the establishment and management of the services, monitoring and evaluation of the plan. Water supply, sewerage facility, electricity, telephone and gas supply proposes as the major concern of this plan.
