Inhabitants of the Pourashava not aware about the land level and slope direction of the Pourashava. Without knowing this information they raises their land up to a mark and constructs permanent structure. As a result, water-logging problem during rainy season views in all over the residential areas.

Due to the absence of development control, core area of the Pourashava already develops as mixed-use area. Commercial, residential, administrative, educational use admixtures in the core area. Zoning provision and landuse control not enforces on such type of the core area.

The Pourashava forms naturally. Rearrangement of the existing use not possible. Land acquisition for expansion of road (to increase the width of road) creates socio-political hazards. As a result, roads in the core area remain.
