Court cases: The court cases select according to the statutes and their individual section. Preference was given on the necessity of the study. The court cases consider to findout the enforcement problems and necessities of the laws according to the present need of the society.
The Authorities: Every authority identifies as mother organization for execution of the study-laws were surveyed. Survey on the authority conduct using a questionnaire according to the objective framed above.
The landowners: Out of the approved construction as identified by the KDA a sample number considers for survey using questionnaire to know the enforcement problems of the regulations.
The legal practitioners: To know about all aspects of the dispute centering regulations and to obtain guidelines to remove such disputes legal practitioners identify as an important source. A questionnaire survey on a sample number of legal practitioners perform to know about the regulatory problems and recommendations.
