Terms of Reference (ToR) of the project named Regional Development Plan (RDP) for Dhaka City was initiated and guided by the Rajdhani Unnayan Kartipakkha (RAJUK) of Bangladesh in the year 2010 and completed in 2011. The plan was prepared using this ToR.
