A close co-ordination among the public authorities need for implementation of the Plan. For this, a planning section needs and this section of Pourashava strengthens with the involvement of experienced employees from different backgrounds. Furthermore, to strengthen the planning section of Pourashava, following steps will follow:
- The planning section needs, headed by a Town Planner for maintaining development control. The section will complain with planning section, authorized section and land clearance section.
- Except development control, a small-scale project based on the Master Plan / Urban Area Plan component will be prepared by the planning section. The planning section will also implement those projects. That might provide sufficient inputs / guidelines for taking up the projection a bigger scale. In all cases, planned development of Pourashava will ensure by the project.
- Different committees for planning activities and development control will form. Stakeholders including political decision-makers at local level includes as a member of those committees.
