OBJECTIVES
In consideration of the stated problems, objectives of the study identifies as follows:
Find out the historical background of the study laws (Acts and Ordinances). Involve with the causes of formation, responsible authority relevant with the formation.
Draw a framework of interrelationship of the existing planning laws of Bangladesh. Also mentions other countries and it’s logical identity in accordance with the necessity of the society.
State existing condition of the execution of study laws and the problems produces by and faced by the enforcement authorities.
Provide justification and to prepare the guidelines for a comprehensive planning laws and enforcement procedure.
Make proposal on the effective regulatory control on the physical development activities.
